ARTS (COMMUNITY) CENTRE

THE CENTRE is home to the Art Society of Strathcona County.
It is operated and maintained by the Society members on a
voluntary basis. Art events, shows, lessons and workshops,
and Society functions take place at the Centre.

To enable the Society to maintain the Centre in good order
the facility is rented for outside events including meetings,
business functions, birthdays or anniversarys or weddings,
also art functions.

The main floor has 120 chairs and 18 rectangular tables,
fridge, stove, microwave, coffee pots (no dishes).

The Centre will seat approx 120 (only 100 for weddings, anniversaries
who require head tables, buffet tables etc.)

Current rental rates are:

	Rates	Security Deposit
Daily	$400	$350
Hourly	$40	$150

NOTE that the hourly rate has a minimum of 4 hours to a maximum of 6 hours, and is used for shorter functions or as preparation/clean-up hours for longer daily rentals.

Special rates are also available for groups affiliated with the arts:
    Daily = $175 per day, with $175 security deposit
    Hourly - $30 per hour, with $150 security deposit.

These rates are reviewed on an annual basis.
