Workshop with Jane Afton - Oil/Acrylic Still Life
In this workshop held over 3 Thursday evenings, you will paint a still life using the Zorn palette (yellow ochre, alizeran crimson, cobalt blue, titanium white & ivory black). As Jane demos, the students will learn how to plan a composition, the history of the Zorn palette and its traditional use, how to mix using this palette, and the way to layer the paint from start to finish.
Dates: Thursdays, Sept 24, Oct 1 & 8, 2026 from 6:00 pm to 9:00 pm
